Baghera is delighted to invite you to an exceptional tasting at the Domaine de Châteauvieux.
On this special occasion, nine vintages of Vega Sicilia Unico, ranging from 2015 to 1948, will be brought together for a rare journey through time.
This extraordinary vertical tasting will offer the chance to discover how this majestic wine evolves over the decades, whilst revealing the unique character of each of these vintages.
To accompany this journey spanning nearly seven decades of history, chef Philippe Chevrier has created a game-inspired menu in which seasonal flavours will complement the depth of these great wines.

Hot grey partridge pie with foie gras, barberry juice
Roasted wood pigeon breast and ‘kara-age’-style confit thigh, creamy coarse-grain polenta with porcini mushrooms
Consommé and pheasant ravioli, shallots confit in aged vinegar, salsify and cornucopias
Scottish grouse fillet braised in whisky cream, green cabbage with Granny Smith apples and Valais-style cured bacon, ravioli of confit thighs in fir bud stock
Spiced roast chamois saddle, ‘grand veneur’ sauce, cranberries in syrup, Bötzi pear with saffron and stuffed pointed cabbage, chestnuts and lemon potato noodles
