Baghera/wines takes the privacy of your information seriously. We are committed to ensuring that information relating to you, from which you can be identified (known as ‘Personal Data’) is protected in accordance with our legal obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable national data protection laws.

• When you visit our website or, we collect data about you, your computer and devices (including your internet address and browser type) to facilitate and personalize your experience, for security and analytical purposes (including trend analysis) and system administration.

• Baghera/wines premises may be subject to video surveillance and recording during live auctions. Telephone calls for telephone bidding purposes may also be recorded.

The aforementioned excludes our trusted third parties which work with us to implement and run our websites, to run our activities and to serve you, in so far as these parties declare they keep this information confidential.

Personal Data includes all information relating to an identified or identifiable person. It provides information concerning the identity of a person. This includes information such as name, address, zipcode, telephone number, email address, date or birth, credit card number, etc.

The data which you transmit on our website enables Baghera/wines to:

• Produce traffic statistics which enable us to enhance our services and the content we propose

All Personal Data provided by you while registering on the Website, or in the context of the negotiation, conclusion, execution or performance of an agreement, will be used by Baghera/wines to the extent that it is necessary for the proper conduction of an auction as well as the execution of the relevant contracts within the context of the business relationship between yourself and Baghera/wines. This may include communicating the Personal Data of the Purchaser to the Seller and the Personal Data of the Seller to the Purchaser (if the Data is made available) in case of defaults in performance or legal disputes concerning the auction or the auctioned item.

For the purpose of an event registration, a possible shipment and/or storage of an auctioned item, Baghera/wines may communicate your Personal Data to an external service provider, who will process this Data in the name of Baghera/wines and according to Baghera/wines’ instructions about data protection and the requisite security procedures.

Baghera/wines is furthermore permitted to collect your Personal Data for the purpose of customer service and to use it in the context of Baghera/wines’s business activities in connection with their future auctions. All of your Personal Data collected by Baghera/wines will be used exclusively for direct communication with you.

We retain/store the data which you transmit to us to process your requests, for a maximum duration of five (5) years.
