This meal will feature Perez’s celebrated wines paired with traditional Basque dishes, offering a unique opportunity to explore regional flavors alongside expertly curated wines from one of Spain’s leading winemakers.

Elkano Restaurant

Enjoy a lunch with Daniel Landi and Fernando Garcia from Comando G at Elkano, a renowned restaurant in Guetaria known for its grilled fish and traditional Basque cooking. This meal pairs Comando G’s unique wines with Elkano’s signature seafood dishes, offering a perfect blend of innovative winemaking and authentic regional cuisine in a relaxed seaside setting.
