Exceptional lunch
Domaine Armand Rousseau X Ca l’Enric*
Ca l’Enric* | 1 Michelin Star | 2 Soles Repsol
In the heart of La Vall de Bianya, Ca l’Enric is above all a family story. Since 1882, generations of the Juncà family have made this house their own, creating a place where cuisine, hospitality and a deep connection to the surrounding landscape come together.
Today, siblings Jordi and Isabel Juncà in the kitchen, and Joan Juncà as sommelier and front-of-house manager, carry this legacy forward with a distinctly personal approach. Their cuisine draws on Catalan tradition, seasonality and the forests of La Vall de Bianya, with game — and woodcock in particular — holding a special place in the restaurant’s culinary identity.
For this exceptional lunch, a unique menu conceived by the Juncà family will be accompanied by a remarkable selection of wines from Domaine Armand Rousseau, one of Burgundy’s most revered domaines.
A rare encounter between the distinctive cuisine of Ca l’Enric and the exceptional wines of Domaine Armand Rousseau, united by a shared respect for terroir and tradition.
