Start with a lunch hosted by Benjamin Guilbert from Domaine Guilbert Gillet at Asador Etxebarri in Atxondo.
Renowned for its wood-fired cuisine and use of high-quality local ingredients, Asador Etxebarri is ranked second best restaurant in the world, and currently holds the title of Best Restaurant in Europe 2025.
This meal will offer a perfect pairing of Benjamin’s exceptional wines with Etxebarri’s refined yet simple dishes, all cooked over open flames to highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients.

Begin the day with a lunch hosted by Luca Roagna from Domaine Roagna and Clément Colin from Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin Morey at Rekondo, located on Igueldo Mountain.
Offering the very best of of high Basque gastronomy, Rekondo is famous for its extensive wine cellar (a stunning collection of more than 4'000 references, making it one of the most respected wine cellars in the world…) and authentic, seasonal cuisine.
This meal will feature Luca's & Clement's exquisite wines paired with outstanding products from the Basque Country.

Day 3 — Elkano

Enjoy a lunch with Rodolph Peters from Champagnes Peters et Telmo Rodriguez at Elkano, the renowned restaurant in Guetaria known for its grilled fish and traditional Basque cooking.
Ranked 24th of the best restaurants of the world 2025, you may expect an outstanding culinary moment in one of the best seafood restaurants in the world, starred in the Michelin guide.
This meal pairs Rodolph’s and Telmo’s wines with Elian’s signature seafood dishes offering a perfect blend of traditional winemaking and regional cuisine in a relaxed seaside setting.
